Actualización Importante de DACA; DACA Sigue Ganando

Otro fallo a favor de los beneficiarios de DACA se emitió hace una semana en California.

El fallo del tribunal, dice que el gobierno de los Estados Unidos, no puede levantar el estado de DACA sin el debido proceso.

Esta decisión es importante, porque permite a aquellos con permisos DACA, que sean renovados.

Si usted o alguien que conoce, se ve afectado y elegible para la renovación, asegúrese de comunicarles la información tan pronto como sea posible y mientras esté disponible.

Queremos alentar a todos los que actualmente tienen el estado de DACA, a que presenten la renovación y aprovechen estos fallos recientes a su favor.

Lo que estos fallos no significan, es que podemos dejar de exigir, una solución permanente a nuestro sistema de inmigración roto. Todavía hay varios cientos de miles de DREAMers sin un camino a la ciudadanía, y hay algunos DREAMers a los que se les había negado DACA o que nunca podrían permitirse pagar en primer lugar. DACA no es una solución permanente. ¡Debemos seguir luchando por una Ley DREAM limpia, y una reforma migratoria integral más amplia, para el resto de la población indocumentada!
