Hi, This is Debra V. Hook. The first thing you need to do is log in to your router. You can do this by entering the IP address of your router into your web browser. You should see a login screen asking for a username and password. Type in the username and password that was provided by Rockspace when you signed up for service, and then click "Login." Once you're logged in, you'll see the main Rockspace router setup page. This page is divided into several different tabs and panels, each with its own unique function: - The Status tab displays information about your Internet connection such as whether or not it is working properly, how much bandwidth is being used at any given time, etc. - The Settings tab contains all of the options that are specific to your particular device (e.g., modem, router). You can use this tab to configure things like wireless security settings or parental controls if needed. Otherwise, just leave all settings at default values. Please never change any settings unless specifically told by our support staff members!
