Julia Macias is a fifteen-year-old high school student in Los Angeles, who participates in her school's debate team and serves on LAUSD Superintendent Michelle King’s Student Advisory Council. Julia was also one of nine student plaintiffs in the groundbreaking education equality lawsuit, Vergara v. California.
