Norma C. Lopez has over 20 years or experience in the government and nonprofit sectors. She has worked at the national, state and local levels and is an expert in the management and implementation of programs and projects funded by government sources. She is driven by the philosophy that public funds should be maximized and leveraged through efficiency and resources from the private sector. She has a master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute, the world’s leading professional membership association for the project, program, and portfolio management professional, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley. Currently, Norma is caring for her special needs son and exploring entrepreneur opportunities in the shared economy.
