Dr. Elise Sanchez is a Xicana born and raised in Southern California (residing on Tongva Territory). She is a first generation college student, now Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY31369). Dr. Sanchez is an Educator with experience teaching at the community college, graduate level, and California Institution for Women. She imagines a world where everyone is living authentic, wholehearted, purposeful lives. She inspires others by raising consciousness and awakening your purpose. She empowers through education and serves as an advocate for those who have been silenced. Dr. Sanchez’s mission is to help everyone she meets feel seen, heard, and understood. Dr. Sanchez promotes mental wellness because if we heal ourselves, families and communities we make the world a better place for ALL of us. She mentors, coaches, and counsels people to pursue their dreams and make them a reality. She is the founder of Speak the Secret an online platform and podcast dedicated to providing community, connection and collaboration for people with a passion for growth and healing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University. She received her doctorate in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
