She is driven by the philosophy that public funds should be maximized and leveraged through efficiency and resources from the private sector. She has a master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate from the Project Management Institute, the world’s leading professional membership association for the project, program, and portfolio management professional, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
