Vanessa Garcia has volunteered in elementary schools in the Canoga Park community since 2015. She is an office assistant and the parent liaison at N.E.W. Academy Canoga Park. She strives for the growth of parent education, involvement, and outreaches to a variety of community services. She has also graduated from Project 2 Inspire, a parent leadership program by the California Association for Bilingual Education. Mrs.Garcia has also participated in theater and has received performing arts recognitions. She is a mother of two and enjoys reconnecting with her family in Michoacan, Mexico!
